Join Our Team as Front Office Manager Are you ready to lead and elevate the hospitality experience to new heights? We're on the
lookout for an exceptional Front Office Manager to join our team. If you have a proven track record of success with a minimum of 2 consecutive years in a reputable international hotel full service chain, specifically in a Front Office Manager role within Upper Upscale hotels, then this opportunity is tailor-made for you!
Job Summary Responsible for all Front Office functions and staff in Areas of responsibility include Bell Staff, Switchboard Operations, Guest Services/Front Desk , as applicable. As a department head, directs and works with managers and employees to successfully execute all front office operations, including guest arrival and departure procedures. Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.
CANDIDATE PROFILE Education And Experience Minimum 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbalStrong leadership and problem solving skillsCapability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines with effective prioritizationStrong working knowledge of computer systems especially Hotel management software (the knowledge of Opera will be considered a plus)Positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and ability to adapt to changeStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentialityPrevious experience in HiltonRequired languages: Italian, English Responsabilities Maintain high customer service focus by approaching your job with the customers always in mind.Have a positive impact, taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues, always clearly communicating with both customers and colleagues.Motivated and committed, approaching all tasks with enthusiasm and seizing opportunities to learn new skills or knowledge in order to improve your personal performance.Be flexible, responding quickly and positively to changing requirements including the performance of any tasks requested of you.Maintain high team focus by showing cooperation and support to colleagues in the pursuit of team goals.Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance operational / environmental procedures in the hotel.Agree and implement actions to make improvements to customer service.Positively dealing with and learn from customer complaints and comments with follow-up and feedback to the Director of Operations.Make sure all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively while assisting on the floor during peak periods each day.Be available to assist on duty in the hotels during any busy days or special events.Maintain a presence in the lobby setting the example for team members for guest service.Be proactive towards guests, assisting them with any reasonable requests, and training all team members to see these things before the guests ask.Assess team members' performance against standards.Monitor standards through regular standards review checks What We Offer: An opportunity to be part of a dynamic, multi segment Management Company and teamCompetitive compensation package with performance based incentivesProfessional development and growth opportunities within our organizationA supportive and collaborative work environment If you are a visionary leader with a passion for hospitality, we invite you to apply and
