As a result of this growth, we are looking for an FP&A Intern, to join our Finance team based in Milan. The role The FP&A Intern role will cover a wide range of analytical tasks, playing a vital role in supporting the financial planning and analysis function for the company, such as: Assisting with the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports and forecasts Conducting analysis of financial data and create reports to help senior management make decisions Helping develop financial models and dashboards Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting Supporting the financial team in the annual budgeting process Assisting with ad-hoc analysis and projects, as needed Learning about the various financial and accounting functions of the company Requirements Our ideal FP&A Intern will have: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or in on the way to obtain one) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously A self-starter demeanour who is proactive and takes initiative Ability to work collaboratively with others and be a team player.
