We are currently seeking a Financial Sales Specialist (German) to join our dynamic team. As a Financial Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business through effective lead generation and sales tactics. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the fast-paced and ever-changing world of CFD trading.
Primary Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth through proactive sales and consultative selling.Develop new client relationships and nurture existing ones by identifying customer needs through active listening and consultation.Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments.Qualifications: 1-2 years' sales experience in the same industry or financial services fields.Fluency in German and English.Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.Knowledge of CFD trading techniques and regulations.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Benefits: Competitive base salary with uncapped discretionary quarterly bonus.Flexibility of working between home/office in a scheduled manner.Weekday work only.If you have a passion for finance and sales, thrive under pressure, and are looking for an exciting challenge, this could be the perfect role for you!
