Financial Auditor Intern

Within the Group Audit Financial function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team.Key responsibilities of the role will include:Support the Audit teams for planning, executing and reporting on Financial audits (i.e.
IFRS17, Capital Management, Risk Management, etc.
)Perform audit procedures to verify that controls are operating through testing and interviewing techniquesDocument the results of audit work, in accordance with audit department and the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) standardsSupport in the preparation of the periodical reports of the Group Audit (e.g.
periodical report to the Corporate Bodies, internal reporting of the Group Audit)Support the managers in the execution of the identified audits and in the preparation of internal reporting documentsRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in a Business-related area: Economics, Accounting, Finance, Actuarial, etc.High level of confidentiality, considering the type and number of information collected during the audit activityExcellent analytical thinking and precision in execution of the assigned tasksAdvanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and data analytics tools are an advantageGood presentation and communication skillsProficient verbal and written communication skills in EnglishCompany ProfileGenerali is a major player in the global insurance industry - a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development and welfare of modern societies.
