You will be responsible to secure, execute and simplify financial and accounting tasks for one of our entities, Addactis Latina.
You will report, in a matric structure, to the Group Accounting Manager, be part of a larger international Finance Team and the local Latina Team.
As the Finance Manager of Addactis Latina your key objectives are: Handling all day-to-day financial and accounting tasks for Addactis Latina, while managing a local assistant.
Obtaining an overview of current processes, questioning them, while complying with constantly evolving laws and regulations.
Proposing an action plan and a new organization to be implemented to secure our activities while simplifying and automating processes.
In areas such as purchasing, payments, accounting, treasury, and finance reporting, you will be responsible for: Implementing, simplifying and maintaining financial controls and procedures.
Managing all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Working with local external accountant and evaluating admin setup processes.
Driving the budgeting process and monitoring financial performance in collaboration with the Group Controller.
Ensuring compliance with constantly evolving tax laws and regulations.
Managing relationships with banks and other financial stakeholders.
Overseeing payroll, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger month-end close.
Preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports.
Ensuring accurate and timely financial information is available to the Management Committee.
Implementing and ensuring internal controls.
Liaising with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
Collaboration: Working closely together with accountants, treasury, tax and controlling and the business leaders.
Liaising with Controlling, Tax Treasury to facilitate drive efficiencies in those functions.
Change Management agent: taking part in transforming the accounting/finance function.
Helping to drive the business performance.
