Galileo is looking for a Finance Analyst/Associate to support the Group Financial Planning Director in managing the consolidation of financial forecasting and budgeting processes (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet). This person will be based in Milan (with the possibility of hybrid remote working) and report to the Group Financial Planning Director. What you'll do: Model the Group's strategic plan; Implement, coordinate, and perform variance analysis across the Company's departments and projects, including M&A transactions, project development, and construction activities; Support the development and application of a consolidated company valuation model for shareholder valuation purposes; Assist the Finance Department in the preparation of support packages for the Board of Directors, the Audit Risk and Compliance Committee, and other ad-hoc shareholder deliverables; Manage relationships within the business and with functional leaders to ensure that finance and accounting needs and activities are understood and integrated into the wider business. Requirements What you'll need: Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline; Previous experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Strategic Planning (ideally up to 4 years); Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; another European language is a plus; Attention to detail and analytical attitude; Enthusiasm and self-motivation, including a willingness to take on new challenges and broad responsibilities.
