YOUR ROLE Installation of equipment with commissioning and final acceptance at the customer's site domestic and abroad Troubleshooting and execution of repair and service work regional / worldwide Production support and execution of tests and quality records Programming of linear and 6-axis robots Training of customers operating staff (On-site or remote) Creation of informative reports, analysis, and complete data backups YOUR SKILLS Mechanical or electrical education e.g. Machine/automotive mechanics, mechatronics 2-3 years experience in related fields Great communication and organizational skills Customer-oriented mindset Willingness to travel and work (up to max. 80%), primarily within Europe (with a focus on Southwestern Europe) Good English level, further foreign language skills is a plus At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
