About the role As we expand into new geographies, we are seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Specialist to drive our marketing efforts and support our growth objectives.
This role will focus on planning and executing regional field marketing activities and global events (virtual and in person) to engage customers and prospects, generate leads, and support our sales team.
The Field Marketing Specialist will cover a wide range of creative tasks, with huge strategic impact within the business.
The position plays a pivotal role in supporting Cleafy brand, in the Marketing department and liaising with the Sales team.
Key responsibilities: Plan and execute national marketing events and campaigns Track and report on the performance of marketing activities and events, including lead generation, event attendance, and sales support outcomes.
Use insights to improve future events Develop event concepts, plan logistics, and coordinate all aspects of event execution, both industry events, virtual events and Cleafy events including venue selection, catering, and transportation Analyze marketing campaign performance metrics Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PR, Marketing, Operations and Sales).
Supporting the local marketing team with translations, events organizations and content management for websites and social media Who you are: Our ideal Field Marketing Specialist will have previous experience in events and field marketing, ideally within the cyber security industry, however the fintech industry is also appreciated.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Outstanding communications skills and ability to work independently and proactively, managing multiple local and global campaigns and events Strong organizational and project management skills Deep understanding of local market dynamics and customer needs Experience working with partners and event organisers, negotiating terms and maximising value for the business Proficiency with event planning tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce etc) Analytical skills to track and report on marketing performance Flexibility to travel as required for events and field marketing activities English fluency Why you should join Cleafy: Hybrid or remote job.
