As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our enterprise clients in a timely and efficient manner:
Remote system control.Software installation.Troubleshooting and fault resolution.Hardware maintenance (screen, motherboard, etc.).Resetting computers and hard disks.Backup and restoration of user data, settings, and related system administration activities.Wifi and software troubleshooting.Within a centrally managed team and supported throughout by a dedicated dispatch team, you will operate autonomously from a variety of specific clients.
You may have a variety of tickets to resolve throughout the day with several clients or have the opportunity to stay longer to resolve specific issues over a number of days.
Principally, you will be supporting deskside, network, software & print, and be helping teams that are working with many of the world's biggest clients.
Working within Milan support area, we provide you with all you need, from public transport subscription to mobile phone, laptop, tools, and you'll enjoy a normal Monday-Friday, 40hr week with us.
