Redstone Commodity Search are working with a global trading house looking to hire a fertilisers trader to join the commercial team.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best deals and ensure a reliable supply chain. Monitor and analyse market trends, prices, and supply-demand dynamics to make informed trading decisions. Develop and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored fertiliser solutions. Managing risks, taking long / short positions. Reports into CEO. Key Qualifications / Experience Proven experience in trading, sales, or a related role within the agricultural or fertiliser industry.
Knowledge of agricultural practices and fertiliser products is highly desirable. Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships, having active clients to bring is preferable. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends. Role will be worked remotely.
