YOUR ROLE
You will be a contributor to STMicroelectronics manufacturing facility installation and start-up. You will act as a Hook-up engineer, and in this role you will:
Prepare the specifications for the hook-up (i.e. the connection to the facilities panel) of a set of manufacturing equipment and ancillaries (pumps, chillers, generators etc.). Validate technical documentation and quotation provided by Hook Up Contractors. Ensure that the hook-up and installation activities, carried out by contractor personnel, are compliant with specifications (including P&I, schematics and drawings), safety and environmental rules and any applicable STMicroelectronics standard and good practices. Contribute to on-time execution of hook-up, with follow-up of daily works, highlighting any deviation versus the specifications and/or schedule. Participate in periodic meetings on activities progress with suppliers and STMicroelectronics project team. Contribute to the collection of documentation (from tool package to As Built) related to Hook Up. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Candidates that best fit this role should have/be:
(Minimum) Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or Electronics Engineering. (Preferred) Master degree in Automation and Robotics Engineering, Manufacturing engineering, with bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering. (Preferred) Experience in companies specializing in electrical/electronic, electromechanical and instrumental components (vacuum pumps, radio frequency generators, robotics and automation). (Preferred) Experience or knowledge of chemicals and gases distribution. Able to read and understand electrical, mechanical and instrumental schematics. Knowledge of Autocad. Great attention to details. Very good analysis, problem solving, synthesis and reporting capabilities. Good communication and documentation skills. Good teamwork ability. Ability to work by objectives. Customer focused approach.
