At Eni, we are looking for a Claims Management Expert who, within the Chief Financial Officer function and in synergy with the Eni Insurance company, will be responsible for supporting the manager in the management and settlement of insurance claims.
Who will you work with: Eni people who operate in the Chief Financial Officer function have a fundamental role in defining scenarios and the medium-long term plan. Among the various professional activities, they offer their contribution by overseeing the administration and budget, finance, merger & acquisition, planning and control processes, acting in support of the lines for achieving business objectives and collaborating in multidisciplinary teams.
Within the Eni Insurance team you will be responsible for: Acquire accident notices and initiate the process of opening them;Assist the Manager in assessing claims and liabilities based on the event description and the terms and conditions of the policy;Calculate and adjust claims due based on document analysis and claims settlement process;Constantly monitor the adequacy of claims reserves;Handle requests from policyholders, insurance companies, lawyers and experts;Provide claims data to the actuarial function for relevant analyses and ensure compliance with deadlines;Provide the administrative function and the risk control function with appropriate forecast/actual data;Assist the Manager in preparing periodic claims reports for Management and the Internal Control and Risk Committee;This is the opportunity for you if you meet these requirements: Master's degree in Economics, Law or Management Engineering; candidates with a different qualification, even lower, may be considered if they have significant experience in the role.More than 3 years of experience acquired in the insurance sector; having gained experience in the oil & gas sector will be a preferential qualification.Excellent knowledge of the office package.Good knowledge of the English language.Work Location: San Donato Milanese, Rome
