Executive Assistant Internship

RINA is currently recruiting for a Executive Assistant Internship to join its office in Genoa, Italy.The ideal candidate will practice different activities concerning the personal assistant role.More specifically, the candidate will learn and practice how to:Schedule appointments, maintain an events calendar, and send reminders.Handle correspondence on behalf of managers.Organize travel arrangements.Type, format, and edit reports, documents, and presentations.Copy, scan, and fax documents.Prepare facilities for scheduled events and arrange refreshments.Requirements:Master or Bachelor Degree will be considered a plus.Knowledge of office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Excellent organizational skills.Be intuitive to the needs of the managers.Proactivity and confidentiality.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Italian.With over 5,600 employees and 200 offices in 70 countries worldwide, RINA is a multinational player that provides certification, marine classification, product testing, site supervision, vendor inspection, training, and engineering consultancy services across a wide range of sectors.
