Job Description As Executive assistant for both General Manager and HR Manager you will have the chance to:
Be the main support to the General Manager and HR Director experiencing the dynamics that are at the basis of all HR strategies and processes. Support and coordinate the General Manager and HR Director's agenda, organizing trips and meetings. Participate and contribute to HR Communication activities, managing the Newsletter, taking care of social media channels, and supporting in organizing events. Support the HR Director in the preparation of presentations and university lectures and managing the organization chart. Be in touch with all main internal and external counterparts, learning how to relate positively to different cultures and roles. Qualifications What distinguishes you?
Education: Master degree in Humanities, Law or Foreign Languages. Languages: Minimum required English level B2. Experience and know-how: Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) at advanced level; knowledge of Zucchetti would be a plus. Work style: You are a problem-solver, dynamic and an out-of-the-box thinker.
