**Europe Retail Planner**:

**Main activities and responsibilities**:
- Define the most efficient and well balanced Open-to-buy strategy, in order to meet seasonal sales target and ST% objective;
- Monitor weekly and monthly sales in order to avoid missed opportunities;
- Actively collaborate with buying and allocators team;
- Move the world of merchandising planning into a data driven merchandising approach, not only analyzing sales and stock KPI, but also exploiting traffic and conversion metrics.
**Main requirements**:
- Strong analytical skills are required to contribute effectively to analysis and derive valuable insights;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, mandatory Power Pivot
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, combined with precision and a results-oriented approach;
- The profile must have enthusiasm and passion, ability to take initiative, problem solving and team-working mind-set.
