Job Description The Europe Reporting Manager (M/F) has the following key responsabilities:
Working closely with our Client's accounting locations in Europe to maintain a financial control environment in compliance with Financial Standard Practices. Driving process improvement and consistency in accounting operations. Managing the U.S. GAAP quarterly reporting and balance sheet reviews. Supporting the plants in complex accounting areas such as revenue recognition. Collaborating with the broader finance group (Tax, Treasury and Finance) on cross-functional projects. Overseeing and contributing to the annual audit of our Client's U.S. GAAP financial statements. Direct supervisory responsibility on two or more accounting units. Competenze ed esperienza The Europe Reporting Manager (M/F) will comply with the following requirements:
Strongly recommended a previous experience as Supervising Senior or Manager Audit in Big4. Broad knowledge of processes around AP, AR, Inventory accounting and financial reporting in general. Organized approach in managing their own standard work and projects. Proven supervisory experience with teams of multiple people. Accountancy qualification or ability to demonstrate accounting skills through relevant experience. U.S. GAAP or IFRS experience is preferred. Strong Excel skills with the ability to manage large sets of data and advanced formulas and functions. Ability to dive deep into processes, people and technology challenges in order to identify issues and opportunities. Fluent English as needed to work effectively in a multinational accounting environment. International experience is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to influence and achieve strong team results. Leadership abilities to build consensus and alignment on team objectives and initiatives.
