We are looking for new team members for the role of: EU Project Manager – Development Office - Middle/Senior.
We are looking for a PM with solid experience in managing and developing project proposals aligned with European Union policies and priorities.
The ideal candidate possesses in-depth knowledge of EU funding programs and the regulations governing the design, management, and evaluation of EU-funded projects.
The Project Manager in Development Office is responsible for: Developing project proposals consistent with EU policies, identifying the most suitable funding opportunities.
Building strategic collaborations with universities, research institutions, companies, and other organizations to implement research and development projects.
Managing partnerships with educational institutions and schools to promote student mobility, professional training, and the exchange of best practices.
Keeping continuously updated on European programs, project selection criteria, and funding mechanisms.
Establishing and strengthening networks of contacts and collaborations across various sectors to create solid and effective partnerships for successful projects.
The resource we are looking for has: Excellent organisational skills and strong autonomy in work, digital mindset and good problem-solving skills, orientation to continuous development, perspective vision; In-depth knowledge of European Union policies and programs.
Strong experience in project management and project financing related to EU funding programs.
Cross-disciplinary skills, with expertise in technical project design and the development of regional partnerships.
Creativity and excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong inclination towards networking.
Deep knowledge of the institutional and social context, with a focus on European policies.
Excellent command of the English language.
Ability to stay consistently updated on European funding calls and best practices in the sector.
Willingness to travel.
