New VacancyEstimatorLocation: Rome, ItalyProject Name: YASREF+ Petrochemical ComplexPosition Start: ASAPWRS are looking for an Estimator to join a major Operator on the 3rd Phase of the YASREF+ Petrochemical Complex based out of the Rome office.Job Purpose:We are looking for an experienced Estimator to provide professional advice and prepare capital cost estimates for multi-million dollar petrochemical and oil gas projects.Key Responsibilities:Develop conceptual and detailed project cost estimates.Translate project scope into capital expenditure costs for design, procurement, and construction.Determine estimate contingencies based on project variables and risks.Benchmark estimates against historical performance and industry norms.Review bids and change orders from engineering and construction contractors.Act as a cost consultant for both internal and external stakeholders.Maintain confidentiality of estimating information and ensure systems are up-to-date.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.10-15 years of estimating experience, with at least 5 years in petrochemical, refinery, or power generation projects.Proficient in Excel; knowledge of K Base is a plus.Strong relationship-building skills with vendors and contractors.International project experience is preferred.Excellent English communication skills.If you meet the requirements, please apply with an up-to-date CV.
