ESG Sustainability Analyst (m/f/d) Key responsibilities You will join our sustainability team with a 360-degree approach to sustainability issues, and a specific focus on the development of the company's environmental strategy, including the accounting and reporting of GHG emissions, analysis low-emission transport solutions and develop and test decarbonisation actions within the scope of international projects. You will work closely with staff functions, fleet team, sales team and solution team. Your main tasks will be as follows:
Support the Sustainability function in implementing, improving, and updating company-wide environmental decarbonisation action and strategy. Work on carbon accounting and reporting methodologies and tool according to international standards such as GLEC and ISO, including acquisition of new certifications and accreditations Monitor company suppliers in respect to sustainable procurement policy standards and rates, including the analysis of Fuel Life Cycle based on EU Directives. Process GHG emission calculation request to customers according to company standards Support the development of a platform for collecting and monitoring of ESG KPIs Work on annual Sustainability Report in compliancy with ESRS standards Work on research and innovation activities within international projects To be successful in this role, you should have GRUBER Logistics' strength is our employees: people who are reliable and autonomous in carrying out tasks, and who put teamwork first. Bachelor's or Master's degree in scientific studies such as Economics, Engineering, or equivalent Familiarity with ESG topics Good English knowledge; German will be a plus Knowledge of Microsoft Office with particular expertise in Excel Interest in studying and exploring innovative topics Organisational and coordination skills Result-oriented approach and problem-solving skills You might have an edge if you have Knowledge of emissions accounting methodologies (e.g. GLEC, ISO) Knowledge of European Commission sustainable transport policy Knowledge of ESRS standards and sustainable KPIs platforms We work to make our company more and more focused on fostering inclusion and valuing the contribution of each employee.
