: a specialist in Home Renovation and turnkey furniture salesOpen Hub: co-working space and community hub in the heart of MilanROLE & TEAMThe Business Tech Expert is responsible for managing the technical activities on our ERP systems, for both ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, for customization and for all the integration between the ERP systems and the other systems.
Based on the needs and the specific activities, some functional activities with users and stakeholders could be necessary.As a Business Tech Expert, your core activities will include:Writing and keep updated the technical documentationManaging the maintenance, the refresh of the test environments and the activities needed for moving all the code changes.
Check and act proactively to use the new features and to substitute the legacy functions.Managing the user's management, activation, deactivation, change of permissions.Understand users need, suggest a solution, implement the solution, following the test process up to the release in production.Support the key users, the functional ERP team and all the other teams who are working on other systemsSuggest changes to keep the integration between the ERPs and the other systems under control and easily scalableWhat you'll need to be successful in this role:Project management skillsKnowing the best practice for managing the code (versioning, comments, testing)Good knowledge of X++ land, C# languages.
