You will be a contributor to SiC Technology volume ramp-up working on equipment maintenance execution.
In order to understand and learn the specificities of equipment to be managed, you will undergo a Training on the Job activity, a portion of which could be performed, approximately 2 months, in a STMicroelectronics Site abroad (Sweden).
Main assignments for your position will be, for a set of installed equipment and on your assigned work shift:
To get trained on maintenance procedures To participate in commissioning, according to acceptance protocol To perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities on a set of manufacturing equipment and ancillaries, according to priorities given by shift supervisors, either in the mechanical or electrical/electronics domains, following the maintenance operating procedures and system's manuals, always in line with safety regulations To perform predictive maintenance checks on equipment to early detect drifts with potential impact on process, quality and productivity performances To be accountable for equipment downtime, by ensuring adequate troubleshooting and in-time execution of maintenance tasks with professionalism, accuracy and quality-oriented approach To proactively provide suggestions for equipment reliability improvement based on acquired experience and lessons learned To collaborate with colleagues in Process Engineering, Production and Equipment Engineering to troubleshoot critical deviations in process performance which could be caused by equipment degradation or mis-operation Profile (candidate's skills)
Candidates that best fit this role should have/be:
High school diploma in Mechanics, Electronics, Mechatronics Able to read and understand electrical, mechanical and instrumental schematics =2 years working experience in maintenance activities, best if in domains such as mechanical workshops, CNC tools, instrumental components (robotics and automation) Great attention to details Very good analysis, problem solving, synthesis and reporting capabilities Good communication and documentation skills Good teamwork ability Ability to work by objectives and under stress Customer and service focused approach Availability to work on shifts We encourage candidates who may not meet every single requirement to apply, as we appreciate diverse perspectives and provide opportunities for growth and learning.
