Missione Key responsibilities Analyses solar projects (including Due Diligence and commercial negotiations), secures internal approvals and leads M&A process to acquire them. Manages relationship (including contractual obligations) with co-development partners. Drives development & permitting process of projects to ensure a timely ReadyToBuild status. Provides environmental issues expertise when necessary. Manages relationship with external and relevant stakeholders (e.g. municipalities, public authorities, DNO, REE, regional bodies, landowners and services providers). Coordinates internal teams, e.g. legal, engineering. Development of an in-depth knowledge of the local market legislation, regulations, subsidiary schemes etc. Presentation and reporting on projects towards the internal investment committee. Control on costs and cashflow within the development budget. Profilo Experience At least 3 years of experience in development of renewable energy projects in the country. Deep knowledge of site-securing, interconnection and permitting processes of renewable projects. Extensive knowledge and experience on environmental issues. Experience in renewable project acquisition transactions (e.g. NDA, LOI, HoT, SPAs, etc.). Good understanding of financial modelling, experience with PPAs is a plus. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability as to team-coordination. Engineering degree, MBA is a plus. Native in local language, fluent in English is a plus.
