Junior Project Manager

In qualità di junior project manager, le tue responsabilità principali saranno la pianificazione, il coordinamento e la supervisione delle operazioni sui progetti aziendali. Il tuo compito è quello di contribuire allo sviluppo della timeline di progetto, garantire che la produzione sia in linea con i tempi previsti, fornire una supervisione continua e offrire soluzioni per migliorare i progressi.

Le tue responsabilità
Assistere nella gestione di progetti immobiliari nei settori commerciale, industriale e retail, nella consulenza edilizia e nella preparazione di due diligence tecniche.
Assistere nella gestione dei costi, del team, dei tempi e dei requisiti di qualità in tutte le questioni relative alla pianificazione, alla progettazione, alle gare d'appalto, alla costruzione e alla consegna dei lavori.
Monitorare i progressi del progetto per garantire l'aderenza alla baseline definita: rispettare l'ambito, gli standard di qualità, le tempistiche ed il budget.
Gestire i flussi di comunicazione del progetto verso stakeholders interni, esterni ed il cliente
Supportare i membri del team nella stesura di report, nella preparazione di presentazioni, relazioni e proposte.
Supervisionare le attività di tutti gli appaltatori in loco.
Ottenere la documentazione appropriata ed essere responsabile della corretta archiviazione.
Assicurare l'implementazione dei processi definiti all'interno del progetto.

Il tuo profilo
Laurea in ingegneria (Ingegneria dei Sistemi Edilizi, Ingegneria Edile, Management of Built Environment, Architettura delle Costruzioni, Architettura e Disegno Urbano, Building and Architectural Engineering) o Architettura.
1-3 anni di esperienza lavorativa.
Esperienza e comprensione dell'intero ciclo di vita di un progetto o di un prodotto.
Conoscenza degli strumenti di gestione dei progetti e della relativa tecnologia.
Spirito cooperativo e capacità di lavorare in team.
Conoscenza fluente (orale e scritta) dell'italiano e dell'inglese; il tedesco sarà considerato un plus.
Disponibilità a viaggiare sul territorio nazionale.
