This is a direct sales/individual contributor position covering a regional territory focused on selling our suite of care models and services to hospitals and health systems to address various needs across the behavioral health continuum of care.

What You'll Be Doing As an Enterprise Partnerships Director for Iris Telehealth, your primary responsibility will be seeking out new partnerships with hospitals and health systems. You will also be responsible for driving growth within existing partners by introducing additional care models and services. This consultative sales position requires a polished individual who can help navigate potential partners through complex sales cycles. To be successful in this role, you will understand how to develop new business opportunities and build relationships with potential customers. The ideal candidate will possess relevant healthcare sales experience working with different hospital systems selling across a variety of hospital stakeholders including end-users, clinical leaders, and senior-level executives.
Driving new revenue by developing new partnerships and introducing new care models and services to existing partners. Identifying, developing, and closing opportunities to meet revenue targets Building and maintaining relationships with end-users, clinical leaders, and senior-level executives across hospitals and health systems Conducting sales meetings and deliver presentations to key decision-makers Utilizing our CRM system effectively, ensuring information and sales forecasts are accurate Traveling to site visits and trade shows as needed (up to 25% travel) Prioritizing opportunities and collaborating with your internal cross-functional teammates to progress opportunities through the sales cycle What You'll Need We want to make sure all our employees are set up for success from the get-go and that everyone is a great fit for their individual role. You'll definitely succeed if you have: 7+ years' healthcare sales experience Knowledge of the health system ecosystem as well as the structure of integrated delivery networks  Experience selling to senior-level executives within healthcare, including presenting and negotiating large, complex opportunities A proven track record as a top performer  A strategic, consultative sales mentality and solution selling approach Experience using a CRM to manage all business and sales opportunities The ability to collaborate with internal cross-functional partners to advance opportunities through the sales cycle What Would Set You Apart We'll be ticking these boxes as we look through your resume.
