Engineer I, Systems Infrastructure
Tasks & responsibilities:
Work and coordinate with global (, Network team, Servers team, Storage team etc.) and local IT, OT, Engineering Teams and vendors to review and resolve system issues in a timely and quick manner to minimize business impact, maintain manufacturing system availability and reliability.
Collaborating with Corporate Infrastructure Security team to deploy new infra solution to meet business and technology needs.
Contribute to post implementation support of short and long-term manufacturing and automation project solutions to meet business and technology needs.
Contribute to the site implementation, maintenance and support of GxP OU, Scada, HMI, Industrial PC, data historian, RAFT, DCS systems with IT/OT partners and contractors
Understand and analyze existing systems, identify gaps, find issues, improvement and opportunities, propose process improvement and system enhancements, develop and deliver system solutions to improve business efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with business and local CIS to identify and recommend process, system, hardware, and software improvements and/or upgrades to increase efficiency, security, enhance process to improve business satisfaction and availability.
Work with IT Quality and CSV to maintain, generate, review, approve, and control departmental documentation (, SC, IQ, system reports, user requirements, guidelines, etc.).
Education and Qualifications:
Completed IT education (Diploma in computer science, Bachelor Univ.) or similar
Work experience within IT Infrastructure & Data Center Management
Work experience in Network & Server technology
Work experience in VMWare virtualization platforms
Basic knowledge of Scada, HMI systems
Familiarity of GxP principles is a plus
Detailed and solution-oriented work style as well as flexibility
Ability to work under stress, sense of responsibility and good interpersonal skills
Good English skills
