Energy Engineer - Solar Systems

Randstad Italia SpA is looking for an Energy Engineer for our client - a Chinese multinational company that works in the telecommunications and Digital Power fields.
Job Location: Rome
Offer: The contract duration depends on the experience of each candidate. The salary range is 27-35K
The candidate we are looking for will be responsibile for the analysis and development of technical energy solutions supporting sales and service strategies, assisting in design and documentation, managing customer interactions, and coordinatpring project deliverables within the Department.

Responsibilities:
Analyze the solar energy market environment from an engineering perspective, identifying customer pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Assist in developing PV technical solutions based on customer requirements and characteristics.
Plan and present PV solutions, taking sales responsibility to achieve market and sales targets.
Assist senior team members in the Solution Sales team.
Collect and analyze customer service requirements, supporting service strategies in the solar inverter industry.
Support ticket management in Huawei System and documentation preparation during bidding stages.
Coordinate customer meetings and update deliverables during the delivery phase.

Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Energetic Engineering or equivalent.
Strong understanding of technical solar solutions coming from previous experience, at least 1-2 years.
Native fluency in Italian and strong written and spoken English language skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a proven track record of working effectively in diverse teams.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, embrace new technologies (e.g., PV, inverter, electric mobility), and work independently.
