EMEA BD Leader, Growth Accounts, AWS Partners , EMEA Strategic Consulting Partners Job ID: 2690974 | AWS EMEA SARL (Italy Branch) The AWS Partner Organization (APO) aims to provide a cohesive and exceptional experience for customers working with our extensive network of over 100,000 partners.

We view our partners as customers, and we're committed to achieving mutual success, earning trust, and establishing long-term, durable relationships.In this role, you will work closely with partner executives, AWS sales and partner leaders, and other key stakeholders to drive greenfield business growth in the Asia Pacific and Japan (EMEA) region.
You'll be responsible for finding the right intersection between AWS goals and our partners' capabilities, with a strong emphasis on select set of enterprise accounts with high growth potential.
This will include collaborating with the AWS Global team that is driving the WW growth strategy for high potential accounts and landing that strategy in EMEA region to drive revenue growth, AWS adoption, and customer success in select set of enterprise accounts with a partner first approach.We're seeking a self-starter who enjoys solving complex problems, works effectively with cross-functional counterparts, and thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
Demonstrating sound judgment, strong relationship-building capabilities, and skilled negotiation skills will be critical for success in this position.Key job responsibilitiesYour key objectives will include:- Collaborate with WW team to land the growth account strategy in EMEA region to significantly grow AWS's presence within a portfolio of enterprise accounts in the EMEA region- Collaborate cross-functionally with AWS Sales, AWS Partner Management, and other AWS stakeholders in EMEA to align on go-to-market strategies, partner engagement, and deliver customer outcomes- Establish accountability and secure sponsorship of partner executives in EMEA to drive increased sales velocity in select set of enterprise acocunts- Align with worldwide teams and its goals, foster a culture of innovation, execution and continuous improvement- Leverage data-driven insights to prioritize high-impact opportunities and optimize resource allocation for the EMEA regionBASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 15+ years of global experience in partner management and sales leadership, in the technology/cloud industry- Exceptional relationship-building, communication and stakeholder management skills at the executive level- Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross functional teams or equivalent- Proven track record of building partner business in the EMEA region- Experience of thriving in rapidly evolving, ambiguous environments while driving cross-functional collaboration- Proven ability to operate through influencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - 10+ years of experience managing and developing high performing business in the EMEA market- Enterprise selling experience either directly or through partners, ideally in green-field/net-new customer acquisition in EMEA- Deep understanding of the AWS partner ecosystem and go-to-market strategies in the EMEA regionAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
