Reports To Senior Director, Head of Global EHS&S for TAPI
Primary purpose of the position TAPI EHSS program oversight lead & Innovation will report to the Head of Global EHS&S for TAPI. He/She will perform data mining to identify trends and management decisions as requested. EHS&S data has become an important decision-maker in business operations. The EHS&S Program oversight lead plays an important role in helping the organization fulfill its mission by using data. He/She is responsible for raising data to uncover hidden hazards and risks, learning data patterns, and helping to identify trends early.
General duties and responsibilities As a member of TAPI EHSS team, he/she will provide managerial support to TAPI facilities and global projects.
Leading and supporting EHSIMS administration, system updates & upgrade maintenance, change implementation, and functionality verification during User Acceptance Tests. Assist in the assessment, testing, and if needed implementation of EHS&S software updates. Leading and supporting EHSIMS Metrics, creating indicators and maintaining campaigns. Follow and implement TAPI's Global Records & Information Management (RIM) Policy. EHS&S data management - accumulation, communication, and maintenance including annual file clean-up. Improving and Learning
Track & contribute to TAPI's Social Governance (ESG) to achieve TAPI goals. Support stakeholder requests for ESG information. Develop deployment plan for EHS&S promotional activities. Develop e-learning modules on EHS management standards. Data Analysis
Applying statistical methods and data visualization techniques to analyze datasets. Creating visualizations, charts, and dashboards to communicate insights effectively. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Identifying areas for improvement based on data analysis. Collaborating with teams to implement data-driven solutions. Providing routine and ad-hoc reports as required. Data Quality Assurance
Ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of data through regular quality checks. Developing and implementing data validation processes. Innovation
Looking for new solutions as new technology/digitalization to improve EHS&S operations. Propose strategic approaches on rolling out new technology when approved. Other tasks
Develop a process for EHS&S business continuity. Coordinate with Standard owners for periodic review of EHS Management standards. Manage TAPI EHS central budget. Requirements Qualification/Skills
Strong data & analytics skills. Attention to detail and a high standard of work. Ability to communicate and influence across diverse geographies and functions. A good understanding of Pharma/API operations. Strong presentation and communication skills. Education and Knowledge Requirements
Technical Degree, preferably in Environmental Engineering and Science. Experience >5 years in EHS&S and data handling in a Manufacturing Company. High level of business pragmatism and understanding. Skills and capabilities
Experience working with large and complex data sets. High proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Enablon, and Resource advisor. Hands-on experience with various Project management tools. Experience driving continuous improvement in data management and reporting. Languages: English (fluently spoken and written); other languages are preferable. Location and working program This position is available in Rho, Santhià, Caronno or Villanterio (IT), Prigorje Brdovecko (CRO), Debrecen (HUN), Opava (CZ), from Monday to Friday.
