E-Commerce Specialist

For a leading international company in the cosmetics field, we're looking for an **E-commerce Specialist**.
**Accountabilities**:
- Within the Italian eCommerce department, you will be responsible for the day-to-day commercial plan activities to increase performances and accelerate online business growth;
- You will provide decision support through data evaluation combining highly organized analytical skills and great communication expertise to oversee and comment valuable information for the different stakeholders working in collaboration with EME Digital Team & local stakeholders (finance, offer, supply, communication);
- You will also assure and excellent customer experience across all devices, securing and omnichannel synergy.
**Requirements**:
- 4 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce;
- Analytical, data oriented & business driven mindset;
- Good capacity to have an overall and strategic vision, while ensuring a quality operational & project management execution (attention to details, rigor and reactivity);
- You can handle the unexpected and adapt easily to changes;
- Good knowledge of English written and speaking (mandatory).
