Reporting to the E Business Manager, the candidate will be part of the WW Digital & Omnichannel & Go to Market Department and will be involved in the following activities:Job ResponsibilitiesKey player for Zones' coordination, providing information to boost business, managing key website tools (e.g.
Internal Search), defining and implementing local action plans, and sharing best practices.Key player in the E-commerce team for always-on Conversion Rate Optimization and website improvements from a digital business perspective.Effective product launch coordination, providing clear directions to zones, e-merchandising, digital and IT teams, coordinating all stakeholders, and delivering successful product go-lives.Responsible for creating and maintaining the Commercial calendar, collecting local needs (e.g.
festivities) and merging them with corporate guidelines, ensuring all commercial opportunities are leveraged and coordinating relevant teams for effective and timely implementation.NPS deployment and monitoring, taking relevant actions accordingly.Collaborating with the Project Management team to secure the business perspective on all E-commerce projects: collaborating in E-commerce roadmap definition, defining project priorities, defining business requirements and KPIs, and following the test phase and post-launch moment.Point of reference in the E-commerce team for external partners, ensuring perfect functioning and continuous improvement of all tools and widgets on the website.Weekly and monthly data monitoring to ensure performance is on track with objectives.Support the E-commerce Manager with strategic insights on zones' and website performance and functionalities.Constant benchmarking of competition.Profile3+ years of experience, ideally with previous experience in an E-commerce position or in the Fashion & Luxury industry.Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.Proactive.Excellent analytical skills combined with communication skills and prioritization capacity.E-commerce platform (e.g.
Salesforce) understanding; technical skills related to website functions (e.g.
