Executive Assistant

Main responsibilities
- Ensure the management of external relations with the main institutional and industrial interlocutors, filtering and administering the official communications and correspondences;
- Guarantee, upon request of the Manager, the drafting of documents, abstracts, memoranda or presentations preparatory to meetings;
- Manage the manager's agenda, organizing business trips and ensuring the preparation of all the necessary documentation;
- Ensure the organization of events, in collaboration with the Corporate Functions involved (guests management, protocol and ceremonial aspects, identification of locations, relations with suppliers and partners);
- Contribute, in agreement with the Communication Function, to the management of the Manager's social profile and Ghostwriting activities;
**Requirements**:
- Experience in executive assistant roles preferably in industrial contexts;
- Experience in event organization;
- Fluency in English and good knowledge of another language;
- Knowledge of MS Office 365;
Education
Master's Degree in Humanities or Economics.
