**JOB PURPOSE**
- The role is responsible for the development, maintenance and continual improvement of the Product Information Management system and all the other systems involved in catalog process.- Serves as administrator for the platforms, including collaborating with key stakeholders of the business to lead the catalog roadmap and be responsible for integrations, migrations, best practices, workflows and governance.- Product Owner is responsible for being up to date on the evolution of the technology in use and, more in general, is responsible for being up to date on tech environment evolution and opportunities (with specific reference to the tech products of responsibility).
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Drive the development of the different tools involved in catalog process with cross-functional teams (e.g., business users, engineers, marketing, partners)
- Manage key relationships with software engineers, e-Operations, Scrum Masters, QA team and UX/UI designers across the enterprise to understand their needs and drive results
- Share strategy, roadmap, progress and insight broadly and systematically with different partners and stakeholders
- Identify and solve technical/functional problems and where they sits in the ecosystem
- Plan and execute unit, regression, integration, and acceptance testing related to Catalog Systems enhancements, changes, and upgrades
- Center for knowledge, assist with developing training materials, and train new users on how to use systems easily and effectively
- Manage project execution and support the definition of system roll-out strategy including change management.
**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- 3/4+ years' experience working as Product Owner and/or Product Manager in cross functional teams- 5+ year' experience in product information management platforms (PIM), visual merchandising platforms and digital asset management platforms (DAM) - (Akeneo, Algolia and/or Fluiid4 are a plus)- Master degree (or equivalent) in business management or engineering- Experience in SCRUM, Agile or Design Sprint methodologies- Experience in the use of Atlassian tools (e.g.
Confluence, Jira)- Excellent English knowledge (written and spoken)- Flexibility and fast-learning approach- Exceptional organizational skills- Ability to handle multiple priorities with ease- Persistence to discover and eliminate complexity and ambiguity in projects to ensure clarity and establish goals and expectations for services requested- Result oriented capability to work under pression.
