We are seeking a professional specializing in Leasing for Retail High Street, with a strong focus on Agency activities. Additionally, on an opportunistic basis, the role may involve tasks related to Capital Markets. The Retail High Street resource will be a client-facing person. He/She is a resource with enthusiasm, propensity for team working, strong communication and interpersonal skills, aptitude for technology, and in possession of good linguistic skills. Independent Clients Management (Investors, Landlords, Tenants) Leads origination (new mandates and clients) Independent Mandates Execution (Agency focus) Negotiations and Deals Management (Agency focus) Minimum Requirements: Academic degree (Architecture/Engineer/Economics preferred) Knowledge of the International Retail Market focused on High Street and Luxury 7 years of relevant experience Native Italian speaker or C1 level, proficient in English Familiar with Office Package especially with Excel and PowerPoint Independent management of relationships and negotiations with the main market players (Landlords, Investors, Retailers, etc.) Availability to travel across the main Italian cities.
