As a** Digital Marketing Specialist **you main responsibilities will be:
- Manage and optimize **digital media strategy** within an omnichannel perspective;
- setup and manage** digital advertising campaigns** to meet business objectives (awareness, lead generation, app download, SEM/brand conversion, retention,community/social adv);
- production of creative assets for advertising campaigns through AB test and introduction of new tools, technologies and channels;
- work with respective **vendors and stakeholders** & achieve CPA efficiency, improvements and scale increases through hands-on media campaign optimizations;
- development of dedicated initiatives to support business objectives, such as product launches, geo expansion, and Christmas campaigns;
- take advantage of other acquisition marketing activities to maximize digital media results;
- develop initiatives to **improve KPIs** ( CPA, CPR..) across the funnel, interacting with other team members and sharing data driven insights to upper management;
- continuously analyze and report on campaign effectiveness.
This job position will be based in the new amazing Headquarters Cortilia in Cassina de Pecchi ( MM2 Villa Fiorita/Cassina de Pecchi)
**Requirements**:
- Degree in **Economics and/or Marketing;**:
- minimum** 2 years hands-on experience** working across Google Ads and Facebook, with a proven track-record of building, scaling and optimizing paid campaigns to deliver results;
- general understanding of** SEO** best practices and ability to leverage SEO insights, to optimize SEO program;
- general understanding of marketing automation dynamics;
- strong analytical skills;
- proficient in **Microsoft Excel**;
- able to translate business goals into actionable** digital media strategies** and tactics;
- attitude to constantly push yourself and partners to innovate and optimize the digital media program;
- strong attention to details, especially when working in live environments;
- strong attitude to work in a team offering collaboration and reliability.
