Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub and home to all the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind-the-scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office
THE ROLE
NGGH++ is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist that play a pivotal role in supporting the digital growth and expansion of the brand across various key areas.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the execution of digital marketing strategies, including CRM management, SEO implementations, performance marketing, content flow, and asset management. The role requires someone detail-oriented, data-driven, and with strong communication and collaboration skills to ensure the effective performance of digital channels.
WHAT YOU WILL DO Weekly Reporting preparations & alignments: create and share weekly performance reports including the key metrics and insights across CRM, paid media, SEO, and social media channels; analyze and identify trends, opportunities and areas of improvement.
Weekly Monitoring of Channel Performance: continuously monitor the performance of key digital channels (CRM, paid media campaigns, social media platforms); ensure campaigns are meeting or exceeding KPIs and escalate issues to relevant teams when necessary.
Manage the implementation and execution of SEO strategies, including on-page optimizations, keyword analysis and content enhancements.
Coordinate with the content and web development teams to manage and update the CMS (Content Management System) for on-page SEO improvements.
Track and report on organic search performance and recommend adjustments to improve rankings and traffic.
Support the creation and maintenance of the newsletter calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns: coordinate with content creators and designers, assist in the preparation and sending of email marketing campaigns via CRM platforms.
Content Flow Management Support: support the content team in managing the flow of digital assets, collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure content is consistent across all digital touchpoints and aligns with brand guidelines.
WHO ARE YOU You have minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on CRM, SEO and Performance Marketing
You have a background in the fashion industry or sporting goods is preferred
You have proven experience with CRM platforms, with Performance Marketing channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and with CMS platforms (WordPress, Magento, etc.).
You demonstrate strong Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
You are able to manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines, while working with different stakeholders (internal and external)
You are detailed-oriented with a strong focus on quality
Strong interpersonal and written/verbal English communication skills are a must.
