We are looking for support in the area of Digital Experience & Social Media for our Communication & Events unit. Your main focus will be the digital user experience: you will manage various important touchpoints such as our website, app and social media channels and keep an eye on the corresponding analytics results. You will also take care of the production and selection of photo material that corresponds to our visual brand language.
We entrust this to you: NOI website: Publishing and updating the content of the NOI website(s) together with our UX agency NOI community app: coordination of technical development, content management together with the internal content and community teams, implementation of customisations and updates Social media: planning and publishing posts together with a social media agency and the internal content team Photo production and selection: Organisation, briefing and monitoring of photo shoots, selection of photos for use by all stakeholders in the NOI Techpark and on our social media channels Analytics: monitoring the defined KPIs for our website(s) and social media channels using our analytics tools You have what it takes: Education/Training in digital media, user experience and/or social media Experience with open source CMS systems and web analytics tools (knowledge of Kirby CMS and Matomo Analytics an advantage), Windows Creative Cloud skills Organisational talent and enjoy supervising small projects Enthusiasm for the NOI brand and a desire to engage extensively with our (visual) brand language Excellent knowledge of English, as well as very good knowledge of German and Italian Do you want to keep growing in an inspiring and international working environment?
