As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced IT & Digital Transformation Director to lead our technology initiatives and drive digital transformation.
The IT & Digital Transformation Director will play a pivotal role in shaping our technological landscape. Reporting directly to the Group Chief Financial Officer, this strategic leader will oversee critical areas such as infrastructure, projects, and digital transformation.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology across the organization.
This role leads the digital stream at group level.
Your Responsibilities Strategic LeadershipDefine the company's technology vision and roadmap, aligning it with business objectivesLead the development and execution of IT strategies, emphasizing innovation and efficiencyDrive digital transformation initiatives, leveraging AI, ML, IoT, etc. to enhance operational effectivenessInfrastructure ManagementOversee all technology operations, including network security, system administration, and cloud infrastructureEvaluate existing systems and propose enhancements to optimize performance and scalabilityEnsure robust disaster recovery and business continuity plansProject ManagementManage a portfolio of technology projects, from inception to completionCollaborate with project teams to define scope, deliverables, and timelinesMonitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project outcomes, overseeing cost controlTeam LeadershipLead a team of IT managers, providing mentorship and guidanceFoster a collaborative and innovative work environmentCoordinate with other departments to align technology solutions with business needsBudget and Vendor ManagementControl the IT budget, optimizing resource allocationBuild strong relationships with technology vendors and negotiate cost-effective contractsRequirements And QualificationsA proven experience track record as an IT Director/Head of Digital Transformation or in a similar leadership roleStrategic Thinking: Ability to align technology with business goals and work in a matrix organisationLeadership Skills: Outstanding organizational, communication, and team development abilitiesHigh-level of energy, engagement and commitment, combined with enthusiasm and positive thinkingOutstanding Project Management and change management skillsIn-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, and hardware/softwareFluent in English, and at least one of the following languages: Italian or GermanWe Offer Support in people development through our "Loacker Academy"A structured onboarding plan that enables our new employees to join the company quickly and successfullyOpen and respectful corporate cultureHealthy diet for our employees offering an in-house canteenFlexible work arrangements (up to 40%)We are aware of our responsibility for the environment and are committed to sustainability.
