DIGITAL CONTENT MANAGER INTERN - ENGLISH MOTHER TONGUE Are you passionate about innovation and digital tools?
We are looking for individuals interested in upcoming training programs for the role of Digital Content Manager for our Business Communities.

During the internship, you will be part of a team that will train and support you, allowing you to develop skills in managing and utilizing various CMS, LMS platforms, and the Microsoft 365 suite.
Specifically, you will learn to: Use the back-end of various CMS: manage profiles, set up surveys, and handle all functionalities of the content and training course publishing platform.
Adapt, publish, and update texts and documents on various CMS.
Understand and implement the necessary technical measures to make content accessible.
Prepare reports and analyze data from the platforms to monitor community activities.
Manage communication flows (email, MS Teams) both internally and with community members.
Participate in internal team meetings, contributing based on the activities performed.
Maintain contact with the users of the Business Community.
REQUIREMENTS University education relevant to the described activities.
Knowledge of the main applications of the Microsoft 365 suite, with particular proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with the main CMS and LMS platforms and their content management logic.
English mother tongue.
Additional qualities: good analytical skills, basic knowledge of the Italian language, proactivity, precision in assigned tasks, interest in the communication field, and relational skills necessary for teamwork.
WHAT WE OFFER A six-month training internship – curricular or extracurricular – with a reimbursement of €700 and €8 meal vouchers according to the current smart working model.
