You will be responsible for researching, writing, proofreading, and publishing engaging and optimized online content that supports our business goals and meets the needs of our audience. You will work closely with marketing and design teams to create high-quality digital content that reflects our brand and drives user engagement. Responsibilities: Content Modifications on Webspark: Update or modify text and images based on client requests. Promotion Rollouts: Team up with the marketing department for the creation and launch of promotional Landing Pages. Client Requests on Various Platforms: Manage client requests involving Webspark, Leadspark, Report & Marketing. Issue Management: Initiate tickets for client-reported bugs and development needs. Ticket Follow-up: Coordinate resolution with support, tech, and dev teams. Client Communication: Regularly update the client on project status. Dealer Management: Address all requests, complaints, and queries from dealers. Requirements Languages: Proficient in French (native level), English (professional level) Technical Skills: Proficiency in Webspark, Leadspark, SaaS platforms, and basic coding abilities (Webpages management/CMS). Attitude: Proactive, customer-centric, and team-oriented. Experience: 2+ years in digital project management, ideally with automotive industry exposure. Marketing Campaign Management: Experience in creating, piloting, and delivering lead-generating campaigns. Budget Management: Skills in managing marketing budgets and analysing performance metrics.
