We are currently looking for a: DIGITAL COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST Purpose of the role The role holder will be responsible primarily for planning and organising digital contents and social media channels for BFF Banking Group.
Key Responsibilities Create a content strategy for social media and digital channels to support further BFF's brand and values.Develop and deliver intelligent, well-researched, audience-focused social media content (e.g. text, images, video, infographics and headlines), ensuring all content is accurate, up to date and effectively leveraged on all platforms.Create, adapt and tailor messaging and content to engage a variety of audiences.Develop a robust measurement framework to assess effectiveness and impact against investment e.g. campaigns and channel performance.Requirements Degree or equivalent relevant experience in digital, communications, journalism, public relations or related field.Min. 5 years' experience in Digital Communication roles.A solid communications and digital skill set with proven experience within agencies and corporates.Proficiency in writing and developing across all major digital channels, with a strong eye for impactful design.Significant experience working with content management and scheduling systems, social listening tools and Google Analytics, and experience evolving the social media mix as new technology and trends emerge e.g. algorithm changes.Experience identifying risk and navigating/monitoring sensitive issues playing out on social.Strong storytelling skills with proven ability to produce clear, engaging narratives; excellent interpersonal, strategic planning, influencing, negotiation, project management skills; strong presentation skills; credibility with senior executives and media.Language skills Strong oral and written communication skills.Italian as mother tongue and English proficiency, oral and written, Level C1 – C2 or Native.The knowledge of one of the Group languages will be considered a plus.What BFF Bank can offer A stimulating, challenging work environment, with high growth opportunities and a high learning culture.A permanent contract (CCNL Credito).Possibility of hybrid work.Ticket restaurant provided both in presence and during remote work.Performance reward system.Corporate welfare.Possibility to access one of our pension funds.Supplementary health insurance.Workplace: Via Domenichino 5 - 20149 Milano At BFF bank spa we ensure that every single person has access to the same opportunities and equal treatment.
