Today, therefore, as well as being well known in the area of fashion, the Armani Group is also renowned in the sectors of interior design, food and beverage, and hotels and resorts.Context and Purpose of the jobWithin the Digital Business Unit, you will join the Business Intelligence CRO Management team.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting the team in all the daily analysis regarding E-commerce, identifying and sharing actionable insights to different stakeholders.Responsibilities Process and analyze E-commerce data using data analysis tools to identify actionable insights to maximize online revenue and find new opportunities.
Follow deep dive analysis on several business aspects and clearly communicate results to different stakeholders.
Conduct standard monthly/weekly/daily reports focusing on brand/region/countries performance.
Design, develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring the accuracy of the data provided.
Support the Digital Team in the extraction of data and creation of ad-hoc analysis.
Analyze performance at product level and quantify the impact of promotions both in terms of revenues and business impact.
Collaborate with Retail, CRM, Merchandising and Buying team to provide comprehensive analysis of different collections/seasons.
Provide analysis and interpretation of internal/external market data, highlighting underlying trends to identify new market opportunities to increase the organization's profitability.
Keep the Digital Team updated on the latest trends focusing on E-commerce and Competition in the Fashion Industry.
Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science.
Previous experience of 2 years in business analytics; experience in E-Commerce will be considered a plus.
Advanced Excel required; knowledge of Power BI (or other similar Data Visualization Tools) and other BI tools (SAP BO, Microstrategy, etc.).
Analytical skills, organization, proactivity, attention to detail, strong communication skills.
