Workload: 100%

Homeoffice: For residents of European countries: 1 day per week. For residents of Switzerland: at least 2 days per week (due to social insurance regulations)

Tasks Your Responsibilities: Independently lead development projects under the coordination of the development management. Responsible for the structural development of high voltage accessories and systems. Manage specific tasks within the R&D team, particularly in the field of high voltage technology. Develop expertise in material and process technology. Oversee technical, temporal, and financial project specifications in the high voltage sector. Support various departments within the company, such as assembly, project management, and customer service. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the development of high voltage products. Analyze and evaluate new technologies and trends in high voltage technology for continuous improvement and product development. Requirements Your Qualifications: We are looking for a resilient and reliable individual with several years of experience in product development, ideally in the field of high voltage systems. Preferably, you are a trained designer with a university of applied sciences degree or equivalent education and have relevant experience in high voltage development. Proficiency in 3D CAD, preferably with the Inventor program. Additionally, you have good English language skills, both written and spoken, enabling you to effortlessly interact with our international clients. You are willing to take on responsibility, work results-oriented, and are particularly characterized by your open-mindedness and strong team spirit.
