Deputy Project Manager

HILL is seeking a Deputy Project Manager for an ongoing Data Center project in Milan.

Responsibilities: Monitor the day-to-day activities in the field, managing and coordinating the flow of information and reporting and tracking issues arising from design, progress, quality, and safety.
Assist in the preparation of minutes for project site meetings.
Track all the design approval/validation processes ensuring responses are provided by due dates.
Undertake regular site walks to promote and observe safety and progress.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality management.
Monitor site works, record and report non-conforming work and drive the team for follow-up, preventative, and close-out actions.
Minimum Requirements: University Degree in Engineering or other relevant discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
Fluency in Italian and English Languages.
Previous experience in a multinational environment or in Project Management at Construction will be considered an asset.
Previous experience in construction management in the industrial sector will be considered a plus.
Certifications in the field of project management will be considered a plus.
BIM/REVIT knowledge will be considered a plus.
