- Understands the Quality home to home process (products and services) and prioritises on cause / effect relations.
- Understand how to build business competence through recruitment, competence development, retention and succession.
- Communicate confidently and clearly in English and Italian.
**What you'll be doing day to day**
- Ensure a seamless positive customer experience in the customer meeting points through a strong customer centric approach in order to support a sustainable and profitable growth and strengthen the IKEA brand position on the market.
- Secure a strong implementation of the store business plan and action plan for the CMPs starting from the knowledge of people's life at home, local market potential, and consumer shopping behaviours, taking inputs from the team and the matrix managers to support your department to achieve the agreed goals for the country, maximizes sales, generates sustained long and short term profitability and securing and maintaining number one HF retailer position.
- Lead the commercial team, using the working method for presenting the IKEA range, securing relevant, sustainable and inspiring range presentation, an optimal store layout and effective and efficient CMPs communication that builds the IKEA Brand and distances IKEA retailers from the competition.
- Partner with the City Market Manager to stimulate and increase Home furnishing interest and competences for all CWs based on the national competence development plan contributing to have HF influencers in place to actively create a HF movent in all Customer meeting points.
- Secure vitality and seasonality by adapting and implementing the Country Commercial Calendar in all Customer meeting points, together with management CMPs team.
- Establish and maintain service agreements between units, city, regional levels, with internal stakeholders and external partners (Service providers) in order to facilitate flexibility, sinergies, efficiencies, protect operational standards and help safeguard the IKEA culture and brand.
- Ensure that Quality home-to-home through prevention and sustainability are key points in the IKEA store and give products a second chance in the Circular Hub.
- Ensure that the city market work ethically and in compliance with internal regulations and external laws
