Other Near Munich 220136 About our client For our client, the German FMCG company acquired by China Enterprises Group, we are looking for a Deputy General Manager (full-time position).
Duties and responsibilities: Assist the general manager to deal with the management of the company's daily affairs.
Assist in the formulation of company rules and regulations, and assist in setting and adjusting the duties of each department.
Organise the company's production, technology, and other aspects of work, close contact with sales, logistics, and finance departments, and strengthen the collaboration between the relevant departments.
Responsible for the development of the production plan and personnel arrangements and adjustments.
Responsible for the maintenance of the company's relationship with government departments and external suppliers.
Completing other tasks as explained by the superior group.
Qualifications and knowledge: Bachelor degree or above from Germany, professional background is not limited; business or food-related majors are preferred.
Experience in sales or management in an FMCG company is preferred.
Familiar with the German social and human environment, experience in leading German teams.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in German, Chinese, and English.
High work efficiency, serious attitude, strong adaptability and learning ability, responsible and team player.
