Department Manager Primark, a leading international fashion retail company with stores in Italy and over 5,000 employees, is expanding its presence in the Italian market by opening a new store in Campania, at the Maximall shopping center in Salerno.
As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 10 colleagues, working in a 4,000 sqm store, and reporting to a team of at least 5 managers.
Your Typical Day
Lead, train, and develop a team of at least 10 people and be the point of reference for other managers.
Manage the commercial department: analyze key performance indicators and reorganize large volumes of merchandise.
Ensure excellent sales standards for an exceptional customer experience.

The Manager We Are Looking For
Determined to grow and become our Store Manager for future store openings.
With at least 2 years of experience in the Retail/GDO industry.
With experience in managing, training, and developing teams.
Dynamic and proactive.
Available for transfer within the national territory, with the possibility of expressing a preference for at least 3 regions where we are present.
