About The Role As a Data Quality Analyst you'll work on interesting responsibilities like supporting the Operations Programs Innovation department and specifically the Network Quality Team by analyzing and identifying logistic network inefficiencies, managing carriers delays and penalties.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: Ensure compliance with service quality KPIs by monitoring and supporting continuous performance improvement.
Work together with carriers to reduce the impact of low performances through bonus/malus mechanisms.
Analyze operational issues by identifying their root causes and proposing corrective actions through daily KPIs monitoring (e.g., on-time performance, incidents).
Build supplier performance reports in order to create presentations useful to management.
Support the definition of processes with the aim of identifying best practices and improving performance.
Work closely with Operations and Program Management teams to improve our quality metrics.
Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
PREFERABLY YOU HAVE: Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, engineering, or equivalent work experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English.
Proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office (Excel PowerPoint); essential proficiency in SQL.
Strong analytical skills to conduct analyses and translate them into actionable insights.
Proactive, self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and adaptive mindset with the ability to learn quickly.
Strong team player with a collaborative attitude.
