Data Operations Analyst

Manpower is currently recruiting for a Data Operations Analyst position with a multinational pharmaceutical company. The responsibilities include: Facilitate and enforce the partner's teams to perform data, impact and root cause analysis of the data quality issues, Partner with the Data and Analytics teams to deliver high data quality solutions to International business, Translates data gathered from user discussions into data requirements. Identifies business/system needs and recommends solutions. Assists with the testing and develops preliminary findings. Support analysis over the data flows monitoring activities and generates KPIs measurements, Implement Data Operations Communication Plans leveraging available tools and platforms Update the overall End to end diagrams related to the main data flows keeping in contact with the Development and Support teams. Requirements: Degree in statistics, mathematics, engineering, or related field preferred, +1 Years of experience in data analysis and/or data operations Experience working with solutions like: Business analytics tools, SQL tools or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Excellent oral and written English skills (the work will be conducted entirely in English) Ability to work remotely and travel to Rome approximately once every two months.
