Your Role As a Data Analyst at PACE, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration of our software products with client needs.
You will be responsible for creating, managing, and validating configuration data for aircraft, working directly with our clients to gather input, and ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards.
You will be joining a highly collaborative and aviation-driven team, where your work will help define the future of aircraft and cabin configuration.
This is a hybrid role based in Cologno Monzese, Italy, with occasional travel to our Berlin office and client sites near Toulouse, France.
Key Responsibilities Data Creation & Maintenance: Develop and maintain comprehensive aircraft configuration data for Pacelab myCabin, our industry-leading software for aircraft and cabin configuration.
Data Translation: Extract technical data from documents and translate it into structured, software-compatible formats.
Validation & Quality Control: Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to validate configuration data, managing the feedback process and ensuring high data quality.
Process Improvement: Design and refine processes for catalog data creation, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Client Collaboration: Collaborate directly with international clients to understand their data needs and provide support, becoming a trusted advisor and point of contact.
Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to the enhancement of our software and processes by identifying areas for innovation and improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical skills with experience in data extraction, manipulation, and organization.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with relational data models, basic C# programming, and Excel (medium/high level for data processing).
Engineering Insight: Ability to understand and work with technical engineering drawings and 3D models (basic level).
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing and validating data.
Language Requirements Fluent English (written and spoken, C1 level or higher) is essential.
Italian is required for team integration.
German and French are optional, but highly valued for client interactions.
