JOB DESCRIPTION Job TitleD2B Operations SpecialistJob DescriptionAs a D2B Operations Specialist, you will have the opportunity to grow sales across eCommerce channels, with an immediate focus on transitioning existing customers from offline to online purchasing.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders to integrate eCommerce into our business strategy and scale our platforms to create new business opportunities.Responsibilities:Develop and execute short- and long-term eCommerce strategies.Manage the Online Healthcare Shop.Optimize sales and margin improvements.Oversee eCommerce marketing activation plans and budgets.Forecast and drive the onboarding of key accounts.Interact with customers, providing support and driving sales conversion to onboard existing and new customers.Implement change management with the sales team, transforming them into platform ambassadors.Monitor customer experience and purchase paths to improve NPS (Net Promoter Score).Create and embed new processes, liaising with the central team and market colleagues.Manage performance, benchmark KPIs, and share data-driven insights.Coordinate with internal stakeholders across various business units, including Finance, Operations, Marketing, Business Leads, Business Managers, and IT.Team Structure: Reporting to the D2B & Inside Sales Lead, you will collaborate with marketing, sales, IT, and operations teams.
